PQ Heel Raise by Bintz Co.
PQ heel lift is a firm, flat heel lifts for leg length discrepancies. Will not compress or flatten under body weight. Resists perspiration and will not curl or crack. Blue fabric cover. Washable. The 6mm raise is approximately 1/4". The 9mm raise is approximately 3/8".
Sold per lift.

Heel lift
I saw Dr. Beaver and found out that I had a short leg, she recommended this heel lift and it has helped my back pain. Fits great in my shoe and can even be worn in my dress shoes to.
