How Can I Purchase Ideal Protein?
Ideal Protein products cannot be sold online without prior authorization. To order, you must be a registered user of our site (if not click here) and you must fill out the Join Form by clicking here. Once this form is filled out and you have registered with our site we will contact you. Please note this process can take up to 48 hours. Additionally, keep in mind that Ideal Protein also requires a health questionnaire and weights and measurements form to be filled out.
How can i purchase desbio products?
DesBio requires that their products only be sold when a professional relationship exists with the patient. Once this relationship is established we are required to keep these products in a password protected area. We understand that this is an extra step, but the quality of their products is more than worth it. You must first register with our site, Cincinnati Health Institute, by filling out the form located under the Log In/Registration button at the top of the page. Next, fill out the Desbio Evolution specific form. Once this questionnaire is reviewed and you have registered with our site, we will contact you about ordering. Please note this process can take up to 48 hours.
What is a "vip" member?
Our VIP members section grants you full access to our web site (with the exception of Ideal Protein) and special pricing on some of our products (including our line from Anabolic Labs). how long will it take to get my package?
We primarily ship Priority Mail in the U.S. at no additional cost to you, so you can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using United States Postal Service. If you need an order delivered using a different method, please contact us prior to placing your order using the "Contact Us" page. Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer, in this case we will provide you with a tracking number, however the items may ship with fedex or ups. We attempt ship same day if the order is received by 2 pm and on availability. However, some orders can take up to 48 hours to process and ship.

How do i check the status of my order or track a shipment?
Go to Log In/Registration and enter your username and password. If you are not registered, check your email for tracking information.
How do i change or cancel my order?
Due to our fast shipping process, sometimes it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Yes, with a $25.00 flat shipping rate. (excludes Ideal Protein)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please contact our office prior to placing an order to confirm your address, shipping cost, and availability to ship the requested items.
How is sales tax calculated?
We charge sales and use tax according to Federal, State and Local government guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction. (Only Ohio shipments will be charged sales tax)
How do i use a promotion/coupon code?
To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field on Page 2 of the Checkout page and hit APPLY. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown.

How do i add items to my cart?
To add an item to your cart, navigate to the page of the item you are interested in.When you click the “Add to Cart” link, your item will be added to your "Shopping cart".You can access your shopping cart by click on "View Cart" where you can then enter the quantity of the item that you would like to order. After you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.You can also view your shopping cart at the lower right side of the page while you are shopping.
How do i change quantities in my cart?
