SHOPPING/ORDERING FAQS/ CHECKOUT

IS ORDERING ONLINE SECURE?
  • Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide to us when placing an order.
    • The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
    • During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.
    • Most of the information you provide during the ordering process is unavailable to us (card numbers and other sensitive data). Other, less sensitive information is restricted to our staff. We make sure that all our employees are up-to-date on our security and privacy policies.

HOW DO I SHOP?
  • To shop, go the “SHOP” tab on the navigation menu at the top of the page.
  • You may then shop via category, manufacturer, price or health condition located on the left hand side of the page.

HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY CART?
  • To add an item to your cart, navigate to the page of the item you are interested in.
  • If you do not see the "ADD TO CART" button please click the product to pull up the complete product page where the add to cart will be more visible.
  • Click on the green “ADD TO CART” tab.
  • You may be directed to a product page where you must choose an option (i.e. size, flavor, capsules vs. liquid etc…)
  • Choose the desired option and press the “ADD TO CART” tab. Your item(s) should now be in your cart.
  • You may continue shopping or choose to “VIEW CART”. When you choose to view your cart, you can also choose to “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”
If you are finished shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the appropriate prompts to check out.


HOW DO I VIEW WHAT IS IN MY SHOPPING CART?
  • To view the contents of your cart, click on the “CART” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen.
  • Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the quantities you want to purchase of an item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the "RECALCULATE" tab.
  • You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the GREEN “X” to the far right, as you are viewing your cart.

HOW DO I CHANGE QUANTITIES IN MY CART?
  • Click on the “CART” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart.
  • Once you have identified the item that you would like to change, click on the number in the “QUANTITY” box, type in the quantity you want and then click "RECALCULATE" to have your changes reflected.

HOW DO I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY CART?
  • Click on the “CART” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart.
  • Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the GREEN “X” to the far right, and your cart should automatically be updated, with that particular item removed.
  • Do not push the GREEN “X” unless you want to completely remove that particular item.

HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
  • When adding things to your cart you will see an option to “VIEW CART”. If you press the tab to “VIEW CART” you will need to scroll down a little to view the total. “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” is located in your cart, under the total, on the right-hand side.
  • When you are ready to checkout, press the cart icon, view your cart and scroll down and press the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” tab.
  • If you have registered and are logged in, you will have a saved address available under “BILLING ADDRESS” and an option to select at the top left of the checkout page.
  • Simply use the drop-down menu to choose a saved address. Your info should populate automatically.
  • You will need to check the box that asks if you are shipping to your billing address. Make the appropriate selection.
  • There will be an option to choose a shipping service here with a drop-down menu. Choose the appropriate shipping option, if you did not do so while viewing your cart.

FREE SHIPPING means you have met the dollar threshold to receive FREE SHIPPING; “GROUND” means UPS GROUND service; IN STORE PICK UP means you will be picking up and paying in our store; FLAT RATE SHIPPING means you have not met our dollar threshold for free shipping and will pay our FLAT RATE FEE of $6.99.
The FLAT RATE SHIPPING OPTION and FREE SHIPPING OPTION are chosen by us, but most likely will be shipped Priority Mail (USPS) or UPS Ground. At this time, we don’t ship standard through the United States Postal Service.


HOW CAN I PAY?
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Cash or Check, and HSA accounts (we can accept most. Call or email the office before placing your order if you have questions).
  • Check or Cash payments: Orders paid by cash or check will not ship until payment has been received and checks have cleared. This includes PayPal checks. 
  • HSA accounts: Some HSA accounts will get approved via the online system. Some may not and will need to be called in. Please call 1-844-566-2220.
  • Please be advised that your payment method will be charged at the time you place the order.
  • After you have entered the appropriate information press the “PLACE ORDER TAB”

HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED?
  • We charge sales and use tax according to Federal, State and Local government guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction. (Only Ohio shipments will be charged sales tax).


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
  • We understand that things happen in ordering and you may need to change or even cancel your order.
  • Please call or email us to change or cancel your order.
  • Due to our fast shipping process, sometimes it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
    • If you are too late in requesting a change or cancellation, because the items(s) have already shipped, you will need to return the item to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product.
    • You may refuse shipment when your package arrives at your address and avoid shipping costs back to us.
