HOW DO I CHOOSE A SHIPPING OPTION?
- The shipping selection tab is located in two places:
- In your cart: when viewing, located under “CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS” It can be used in your cart to estimate shipping costs.
- At checkout: When choosing shipping information at check out, you will have the opportunity to choose a shipping option from the drop-down menu.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?
We offer free shipping on orders $49.00 or more. (excludes international shipping). For purchases under $49 there is a $6.99 flat rate shipping fee (excludes international shipping). Please click here to review our entire shipping policy.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). If you need an order delivered using a different method, just choose another option in the drop-down menu provided.
We offer several shipping methods:
- Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer, in this case we will provide you with a tracking number, however the items may ship UPS. If you choose USPS and our method of shipment for that manufacturer is UPS, it will be shipped UPS.
- USPS priority mail (2-3 day shipping time in the U.S)
- UPS Ground (reliable, up to 5 day shipping time, but usually arrives in 2-4 days)
- UPS 3 day shipping
- USPS EXPRESS, OVERNIGHT
- PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT THIS SERVICE
We attempt to ship same day if the order is received by 2pm, based on availability and work load. However, we allow 1-3 business days to process and ship. For instance, orders placed on Friday may not begin processing until Monday. Ortho Molecular and Systemic Formulas may take longer to process.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE ARE ESTIMATES AND PROCESSING TIMES AND SHIPPING MAY VARY.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER OR TRACK A SHIPMENT?
Go to Log In/Registration and enter your username and password. If you are not registered, check your email for tracking information. Sometimes these emails can be placed in the spam or junk folder. Please check your spam or junk folder for tracking information if you have not received it in your inbox.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Please allow 1-3 business days for our staff to process all orders. Most orders do not take long to process. On orders placed after 2pm EST, processing may not begin until the following day. With all orders, once your products have been shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email you provided to us.

We offer FREE shipping if your order is $49.00 or more. When free shipping is chosen, we determine which shipping method (USPS Standard, USPS Priority or UPS Ground) is best for us. If you have a preference between USPS or UPS, you may choose this at checkout, but charges will apply.
- International orders are excluded from free shipping.
On orders less than $49.00 a $6.99 flat rate shipping fee will be charged and we determine the appropriate shipping method. If you would like to choose a specific shipping method, you may do so, but additional fees may apply. We currently offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS Ground 3rd Day at checkout.
- Signature delivery is available upon request and fees may apply. Please contact the office if this is something you are interested in.
- If you would like additional shipping options such as same day or overnight shipping, please contact our office at 1-844-566-2220.
*** Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer to shorten delivery time. In this case, we will provide you with a tracking number, however the carrier may vary.
*** Once the package is in the possession of the carrier and you receive a tracking number, we are no longer liable for lost or misplaced packages. All claims must then be filed through the appropriate carrier using the tracking number provided. Please call the office if you have not received your package in a reasonable amount of time and we will do our best to assist you.
***Systemic Formula Products may take up to 5 days to process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes, with a $25.00 flat shipping rate. (excludes Ideal Protein)
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please contact our office prior to placing an order to confirm your address, shipping cost, and availability to ship the requested items.
- Again, international shipping is EXCLUDED from free shipping.
- Due to regulations, we are not able to ship specific items from our product line to certain countries.
- Flat rate international shipping for North America is $25.00. When this option is selected, we have the right to decide which shipping method (DHL, USPS, or UPS) is best for us.
- For those outside of North America, please contact our office to determine the appropriate shipping arrangements prior to placing your order.
***We are not responsible for any taxes, tarrifs, or duties when shipping international. Please check with your country regarding these charges.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
- If you experience any problems with your products upon delivery, please immediately photograph the damaged products, as well as the package in which it was shipped. This is required for you to be able to file a claim with the carrier.
