WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Return Policy:

  • If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return any unopened items within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange. NO RETURNS ON IDEAL PROTEIN, POWERSTEP AND ANY FOOD ITEMS. WE DO ACCEPT IDEAL PROTEIN EXCHANGES IN STORE.
    • Please return via a trackable method to 7712 Hamilton Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio, 45231
    • We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time
  • There is no guarantee on any product. However, all our products are doctor approved brands and are the highest quality vitamins and supplements available.
  • Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
  • The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There is a restocking fee of $6.00, which will be taken out of your refund.
  • We do not accept returns on items purchased more than 30 days prior to the request.

Exchanges:

  • If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
  • A product is only eligible for an exchange if it has been unopened and unused.
