According to Harvard Health, "The gastrointestinal tract is sensitive to emotion. ... A troubled intestine can send signals to the brain, just as a troubled brain can send signals to the gut. Therefore, a person's stomach or intestinal distress can be the cause or the product of anxiety, stress, or depression."

Fitness

Fitness doesn't have to mean hours in the gym. It does require movement and commitment to keep your body healthy. A 30 minute walk per day can often be enough for those that are already addressing a total wellness plan.

Over time, not getting enough sleep can be just as harmful as drunk driving, overeating, or not exercising and the consequences can be more severe than just drowsiness.
