The Cascadia is our flagship high arch cork insole. The fit is exquisite, especially for people with high arches. If you need a low arch insole, we recommend the Suntoucher. We should definitely mention our insoles come in full sizes for women and men. No trimming, no fuss. And this is important: your feet are dynamic, they move and flex. That's a good thing. Our insoles are designed to provide support under normal load but are oh-so-forgiving when your feet need a nice, soft landing. It's the ideal balance of ergonomic support and plush comfort.

The Cascadia is our high arch cork insole, made to keep your arch elevated and help mitigate foot pain caused by maladies like plantar fasciitis. And this is key: our insoles come in full size runs for women and men. Whole sizes only. If you wear a half size shoe, we generally recommend you round up to the nearest whole size. Done. That's it.
