Core Burdock Blend by Energetix
Core Burdock Blend is a botanical blend designed to support normal blood flow and function of the mucosal lining. The main ingredient, Burdock, contains 45% – 50% of the dietary fiber inulin, and is considered a bitter. Bitters encourage normal secretion of digestive juices, like bile. Burdock also has a tonifying (increase available energy) effect upon the liver, gall bladder, kidneys and endocrine system.
Other ingredients, such as Sheep Sorrel, Chinese Rhubarb Root, and Red Clover Blossom have been included for their ability to support normal function of the elimination pathways responsible for detoxifying the blood.Since the liver plays a key role in removing impurities from the blood, Sheep Sorrel and Chinese Rhubarb Root have been used extensively in folk medicine to support normal, healthy biliary function. Slippery Elm Bark was included for its mucilage constituent. White Willow Bark and Red Clover Blossom are beneficial for supporting healthy tissue function, enhancing the body’s ability to maintain a free-flowing lymphatic system.
