For those of us who have sleep issues, this is the only product I have used that works! It is all natural, so no need to worry about becoming addicted. I only take it when I know I will have a problem sleeping. It not only helps me to fall asleep, but keeps me asleep throughout the night. I feel completely rested, and wake up at my usual time.
