Pico Potassium® is a powerful mineral concentrate and should not be placed directly into your mouth. There is no best time to take Pico Potassium®. Simply place a 1/4 tsp. in 4 ounces of water and consume in one sitting or put into 1 liter of water and sip throughout the day. For optimum results take at least two or more servings a day as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider.
