New Recipe
In response to Teresa's review. Yes Ideal Protein did change the Wafer recipe. They reformulated this product to allow it to be unrestricted. We have talked with Ideal Protein and they are thinking about bringing back the old wafers and offering restricted and unrestricted. We will let you know as soon as it happens.

Ideal Protein
Personnel at Cincinnati Health Institute has always been courteous, professional, effective and ships fast! My most recent order of Strawberry Wafers by Ideal Protein: it tasted different. Did IP change the recipe? The taste was not only different but the bars were not as crumbly as usual. I wonder if they are using a different binding agent. Two orders before this, I ordered a few lemon wafers and those tasted stale - they were not expired so I wondered if they had been set next to a heater or something. Overall, I am very happy - I would like to see better discounts on IP! And I'm not certain if IP changed their recipe or if it was a bad batch - I had 3-4 boxes worth!

BEST SWEET SNACK
This is my go to snack when I want something crispy and sweet. It takes care of any cravings and tastes great - no funny aftertaste or gritty texture. This wafer is similar to the sugar wafers I enjoyed as a kid!
