PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT:
Processing and fulfillment are fast, and the majority of orders ship within a couple of days. However, please be advised that your payment method will be charged when the order is placed.

Often, orders may ship faster, but depending on availability, in-store sales, workload, and many other factors, it may take 24-72 hours to PROCESS AND FULFILL AN ORDER.

If you order on Friday, your order may not start processing until Monday.
On orders placed after 2 pm EST, processing may not begin until the following day. Once orders have been shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email you provided.

First Class Mail: If you choose free shipping, your order may be shipped First Class. Typically, First Class shipments arrive in 3-4 days. However, itMAY TAKE 7-10 days, which is normal. Please be patient.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 days shipping time AFTER processing your order. This time frame is an estimate and is not a guaranteed time frame.
UPS Ground: 2-5 day shipping time AFTER your order is processed, usually delivered in 2-4 days. This time frame is an estimate.
Many orders that qualify for free shipping will get shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS Sure Post because that is the best method for us. Just because a specific method is chosen and paid for does not mean it will be processed faster or arrive faster.
The allowable processing time may vary and is NOT GUARANTEED due to weather, availability, unknown back orders, workload, and other factors out of our control. We make every possible effort to get things processed as quickly as possible and to ship orders as quickly as possible but reserve the right to adjust processing and fulfillment times as we see fit.

Refunds will not be given on shipping charges unless an incorrect method is chosen versus what a client has paid for. For example: If you pay for UPS, but we use USPS, those charges will be refunded.

*** Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer to shorten delivery time. In this case, we will provide you with a tracking number. However, the carrier may vary, i.e., FedEx or UPS.
*** Once the package is in the possession of the carrier and you receive a tracking number, we are no longer liable for lost or misplaced packages. All claims must be filed through the appropriate carrier using the tracking number provided.
***Systemic Formulas Products may take up to 5 days to process. UPS Ground is the best available shipping method for Systemic Formulas products.
International shipping is EXCLUDED from free shipping.
Due to certain regulations, we are not able to ship specific items from our product line to certain countries. This may not be apparent at the time of order due to the rapidly changing regulatory nature of the supplement industry. We try to keep up with new restrictions, but ultimately it is up to the customer to ensure the products they order are able to be shipped into their country.
THIRD-PARTY/FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES
We are not responsible for the use of "third-party" shipping services. For instance, If you are in another country and order from us, shipping to a third-party shipping service, who then ships to you---We, are not responsible for any damage that occurs from the "third party shipper" to your address internationally. We make every effort to pack each item with care to reach its desired destination. Once it reaches the desired destination in the US safely, we will NOT be liable for damages during international shipping.
If your package is shipped in more than one shipment and you shipped it to a third party, we will NOT be responsible for any additional fees you incur due to using a third-party shipping service.
No refunds or concessions will be made due to using a third-party shipping service.
If there are any questions or concerns about an international order, please contact our office to determine the appropriate shipping arrangements prior to placing your order.
We do not accept returns for international orders. Please be sure you want the item(s).
We are not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or duties when shipping internationally. Please check with your country regarding these charges.
We are not responsible for any customs clearance issues. No refunds will be given for customs clearance issues.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded for international orders if an order does not make it through customs clearance or the customer decides they do not want the order anymore.
If you experience any problems with your products upon delivery, please immediately photograph the damaged products and the package in which it was shipped. This is REQUIRED for you to be able to file a claim with the carrier.
Damages will not be refunded for the use of "third-party" shipping services for international shipping.

***If you have not received your product within 7 business days after you have received a tracking number, please contact our office ASAP.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return any unopened items for a prompt refund or exchange, within 30 days of purchase.
No returns for International orders.
Food items are NOT eligible for return.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
There is a restocking fee of $6.00 per item, which will be taken out of your refund.
We do not accept returns on items purchased more than 30 days prior to the request.
***We DO NOT accept returns for opened products.
Any orthotic returns must be unworn. The packaging and orthotics must be in the original condition for exchanges or returns. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any additional shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please call first to see if your orthotics are eligible for return.
Exchanges:If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, the exchange must be unused, un-tampered with, and in the original packaging to be considered for an exchange. No exchanges after 30 days. You are responsible for the $6.99 flat-rate shipping charge to re-ship the new item(s).

Cancellation: We can cancel orders as long as the order has not shipped. Once items have shipped and are in transit the shipment must be refused or shipped back at the customer's cost. Once we receive the shipment back in our office we will cancel and refund the order, minus the restocking ($6) fee.
