Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return any unopened items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We only accept returns on items delivered up to 30 days prior to the request. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In addition, unless otherwise specified, there is a restocking fee of $6.00 per item. We only cover shipping charges for returns if the return is due to our error. Refunds for items returned will be credited to the original payment method unless the customer requests an in-store credit. The refund will be processed once the item is physically returned to us. The customer will receive an email once the return is processed and complete. Please note that the return may take time to be reflected through your financial institution. Cincinnati Health Institute reserves the right to monitor return activity for abuse, excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraudulent behavior. Cincinnati Health Institute has the right to deny returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns on opened products. International orders, food items, and orthotics are not eligible for return. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you experience any problems with your products upon delivery, please immediately photograph the damaged products and the package in which it was shipped. This step is required to file a claim with the carrier. Please remember that damages will not be refunded for the use of parcel forwarding companies /third-party shipping services for international shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food items), orthotics, and any opened or unsealed products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
