Suggested Usage

Take 4 pumps and hold in mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Best taken on an empty stomach 10 minutes before meals. May be mixed in a small amount of water. Store at room temperature.
