Beta-Alanine SRT™ contains a patented and clinically studied sustained-release form of the amino acid beta-alanine, which offers nutritional support for athletic performance, preservation of muscle mass, and healthy aging. These effects are achieved via increased skeletal muscle concentrations of carnosine, a dipeptide consisting of beta-alanine and histidine.

Research has shown that supplementing with beta-alanine can increase muscle lactate buffering capacity, resulting in greater physical working capacity, enhanced endurance, and delayed fatigue.
