Suggested Usage

Apply 1- 2 drops on the sides or back of the neck, over the left clavicle, and on the wrists or ankles. Apply as needed.

Black Pepper (Piper nigrum): Stimulatory and warming, it helps stimulate circulation, increase energy, and treat muscle spasms, and other aches and pains.

Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens): Helps improve circulation, helping the veins contract, making it easier to stimulate blood flow. It may also help alleviate some of the triglycerides that can form and restrict blood flow. Cypress also helps to balance and calm the nervous system, supporting nervous tension, stress, and lack of sleep.

Frankincense (Boswellia carterii): Helps relieve nervous tension and stress related conditions. Contains sesquiterpenes, which enable it to go beyond the blood brain barrier to assist in increasing oxygen around the pineal and pituitary glands.

Ginger Root (Zingiber Officinale): Helps warm the skin and vessels, promoting circulation. Also helps flush toxins and reduce inflammation of the blood vessels, improving blood flow throughout the body. Ginger may also help reduce pain and improve digestion. Ginger oil triggers bronchodilation (dilates the bronchi and bronchioles to improve airflow to the lungs) possibly by stimulating the beta-adrenergic receptor, which improves breathing in people with chronic respiratory diseases, according to 2013 research published in Fitoterapia.

Grapefruit (Citrus paradise): Stimulates the liver, gallbladder and helps the lymphatic system function properly which helps promote blood flow. On emotional and spiritual levels, grapefruit is said to address a person’s self-acceptance and release self-abuse patterns.

Myrtle (Myrtus communis): Balances the nervous system, stimulates the immune system and helps support anxiety disorders, including OCD.

Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans): Possesses strong antibacterial properties to help support healing of respiratory issues and infections.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita): A stimulatory oil that can help improve blood flow, stimulate the mind, alleviate pain and promote energy.
