Isopathic Phenolic Rings is a homeopathic combination formula for symptoms indicating multiple sensitivities. Phenolics, naturally occurring aromatic compounds, are often associated with multiple sensitivities as a common factor in various allergens. A phenolic ring is a 6-carbon benzene ring with an attached hydroxyl (OH) group. These hydrocarbons are responsible for producing colors, flavors, and odor in all plants as well as helping to protect the plant.

Recommended Use: Symptoms may include agitation, hypersensitivity, mood swings, irritated mucous membranes, flatulence, muscle twitching and jerking, anxiety, sensitive skin, difficulty concentrating, headaches, and disrupted sleep.

I started taking this during a time in my life when I was going through a very emotionally heavy time in life. I was kind of stuck in shock mode and was experiencing a lot of mood swings, depression and insomnia. The first night I took ten drops and I slept through the night. The next day felt like an emotional detox where I would wake up to cry and sleep as much as I could. The third day was when it really kicked in. I was feeling hopeful again. memories of the events that had just occurred began to dissipate. sleeping habits are back to Normal and emotions are much more in balance.

This is one of those products that is just about impossible to know if it helps. I've severely afflicted with chemical sensitivities - so much so that my entire body - particularly my sinuses, and the tissue around my brain - remain inflamed at all times. The issue is not to ever be able to achieve complete relief, but, to hopefully achieve SOME relief and lower severity of reactions upon impact. I use the Isopathic Phenolic Rings because a doctor recommended them. I do take them everyday - I think - over a long time of taking them every day - they have helped with the "blast attack" hit that I experience upon exposure. Now - even though I suffer from the systemic inflammation - my initial "blast attack" is mitigated and much less.
