Suggested Usage: Designed for aromatic and topical use. If using topically, we recommend applying 2 -3 drops to infected areas of the body. Diffuse when illness is in the home, cycle 1 hour on 2 hours off. Always test on a nickel sized portion of skin first. Make sure your skin can handle the oil/blend before using. Dilute to start or if any redness occurs. To aid with mildew, mold, fungus, airborne bacteria diffuse throughout the day.
Citronella (Cymbopogon winterianus) This oil has been used for its medicinal value in many cultures for fever, intestinal parasites, digestive and menstrual problems, stimulant, insect repellent and room deodorizer. Beneficial for excessive perspiration, oily skin and hair, stress related conditions, colds, flu, inflammation, rheumatism and arthritis pain, minor infections, fatigue, headaches, migraines, and nervous conditions.
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia): Beneficial for skin conditions, anti-spasmodic, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, acne, arthritis, rheumatism, insomnia (may be excellent), tachycardia, phlebitis, mouth abscess, indigestion, flatulence, nausea, lowering blood pressure, fluid retention. Has assisted in elimination of waste through lymphatic system, pre-menstrual and menopausal problems, thrush, hair loss, dandruff, burns, stretch marks, minimizing scarring, herpes, diaper rash, ulcers, cankers, allergies, asthma, athlete’s foot, boils, bruises, wounds, dermatitis, earache, chronic fatigue syndrome and boost immunity. May assist with tonsillitis, eczema, fainting, cuts, headaches, hysteria, irritability, moodiness, insect bites and stings. Also lice, ringworm, sunburn, muscular aches and pains, abdominal cramps, colic, dyspepsia, flu, fears, change, insecurity, inner child, restlessness, depression, PMS, shock, vertigo, sciatica, nerves and stress (by balancing extremes of emotions, it may contribute to emotional equilibrium). May increase cell growth (apply to wound or before having an operation to area going to be operated on, may assist the skin to heal and rejuvenate). When in doubt use this oil.

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus): Stimulates digestion and liver, regulating the para-sympathetic system, strengthening vascular walls, regenerating connective tissue, anti-fungal, immune stimulant, and lymphatic drainage. Also clearing infections, repairing ligaments, improving eyesight, bladder infection, kidney disorders, fluid retention, edema, varicose veins, excessive perspiration, insect repellent (fleas, lice, ticks), opening pores, tissue and muscle toner, aids poor circulation and stress.
Myrtle (Myrtus communis): Benefits respiratory problems, smoker’s cough, bronchitis, flu, colds, tuberculosis, sinus infection, uterine infection, skin antiseptic, deodorizing, and aids all pulmonary disorders.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis): It is anti-catarrh, anti-multiple sclerosis (supports), anti-infectious, anti-bacterial (this chemotype said to be best used for pulmonary congestion, slow elimination, candida, chronic fatigue, staph and strap germs). Preventative for all respiratory infections, congestion, sinusitis, bronchitis, chills, colds, flu, infections (especially staph and strep), colitis, dyspepsia, sour stomach, cystitis, palpitations, arteriosclerosis, immune stimulant, nervous exhaustion and stress-related illness.
Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia): Anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anti-viral, major anti-infectious (staph and strep), bactericidal, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic and insecticide.
