Suggested Usage
For 30 days:

Phase 1, Days 1–7: Take 1 Morning Packet and 1 Brain Cleanse Packet with breakfast. Take 1 Evening Packet and 1 Brain Cleanse Packet with supper. Take 1 Nighttime Packet just before bed, at least 2 hours away from supplements and prescription medications.
Phase 2, Days 8–14: Take 1 Morning Packet with breakfast, 1 Evening Packet with supper, and 1 Nighttime Packet before bed, at least 2 hours away from supplements and prescription medications.
Days 15–21: Repeat Phase 1.
Days 22–30: Repeat Phase 2.

Increase liquid intake while taking Brain Phase. Package duration and repeat use should be guided by a healthcare practitioner.
